This will be the first step when you log in to our new website. When you first start on the site, simply navigate to Log in and you will be prompted to enter your email address. You’ll receive a code in your inbox to complete the login, ensuring secure and hassle-free access.

Find what you're looking for in seconds! Our enhanced search feature lets you enter keywords and narrow results using advanced filters, making it easier to find exactly what you want.
Click the Search icon in the top right corner of the header (or tap the magnifying glass on mobile) to start your search. For specific attributes like colour or size, results will display options with the correct images, so you can quickly spot what you need.

Click the Filter button at the top of a product listing or a search result to access a variety of filter options. Narrow down your search and instantly find the most relevant products.

Simply click the QUICK ADD + button on a product block to view all available variants. Select your preferred items and quantities, and add them to your cart in one go. You can also select all variants at once for easy shopping via the ALL option.
Our product pages are more organized, allowing you to quickly view product images, explore variants, and check pricing - all at a glance.

On the product that you would like to be notified about, simply click the NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK button. You’ll be signed up to receive an email alert as soon as the item becomes available.
Reordering past purchases has never been easier. With just one click, you can reorder your previous items—no need to search again!
Once logged in, visit your product page or navigate to ACCOUNT in the header (or the hamburger menu on mobile) to access your past orders. Click Reorder to create a new cart with all of the items from your previous order.
